All graphics, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format and at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. The designing team at CustomSoapBoxes shall not be accountable for any color changes that occur when transforming from RGB to CMYK color mode. We are also not responsible for blurry, distorted, or pixelated images printed as a result of customer-submitted artwork.
Please note that the paper/cardboard used to print our products is not food safe. As such, you must let us know before ordering if you have special requirements. Any such need must be communicated immediately in writing.
The clients are responsible for approving proofs and layouts prior to printing. CustomSoapBoxes is not responsible for defects in printed products resulting from:
You indemnify CustomSoapBoxes and other third-parties to whom CustomSoapBoxes has licensed portions of its content and its directors, officers, and employees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses.
For CustomSoapBoxes, we will cancel the order before it is printed/shipped. However, we cannot accept cancellations after the order has been placed. Cancellation during production is possible, but a cancellation fee will be charged. Customer service will inform you about the cancellation fee.
All clients of CustomSoapBoxes agree that this company will not be responsible for any delays that might occur in the delivery stage. Our shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on the quotes and recent order history. We always make the best effort to ensure our on-time delivery. However, unpredicted device failures, malfunctions, or other technical problems might be the causes that delay or printing or shipping process. In the event of delays in the printing or shipping process, express or expedited shipping charges will be refunded or waived accordingly. Further, we cannot and will not accept any cancellations due to delays in printing or shipping stage. All clients of CustomSoapBoxes agree to pay all duties and charges for goods shipped to their respective locations. Customs clearance for shipments shipped outside the United States and Canada is the clients’ responsibility.
